Public engagement meeting ATELP/THEL Shop; A general public information meeting was held at the shop to describe the Project that is being proposed, since it was the first meeting since completion of the feasibility study the previous fall. THEL addressed at a high level the expected impacts to valued components, as well as planned mitigation and offsets, such as development of recreational trails.
